- This contest, called “Giveaway: Sofascore Club NXT Cup U14” and hereinafter referred to as “the contest”, is organised by Sofa IT Llc. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Sofascore’), Vrbani 4, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia, HR96366258208.
- The contest starts on 16 May 2025 at 18:01 am GMT+2 and closes on 18 May 2025 at 06:59am GMT+2.
- This contest is open to all private individuals aged 18 or over.
- Members of staff (salaried and self-employed) of Sofascore who take part in the organisation of this contest, as well as members of their immediate family (spouse, children, parents, siblings), may not take part in this contest. Likewise, members of staff (salaried and selfemployed) of other participating companies who take part in the organisation of this contest, as well as immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings)of these persons, may not take part in this contest.
- To take part in the contest between 16 May 2025 at 18:01 am GMT+2 and closes on 18 May 2025 at 06:59am GMT+2, participants must:
- Download the Sofascore app
- Create an account
- Follow their favorite U14 team (Sofascore Club NXT Cup U14 participant)
- The team with the highest number of followers in the Sofascore app, on 18 May at 10:00h wins the prize. In the event of a tie, the winner will be the team who scored the most goals by 18 May at 10:00h.
There will be a delay in the follower count displayed in the app, and the final results will be announced on 18 May at 10:00h.
- The prize offered to the winner of the contest is:
- 1x Sofascore merch package (one for each team member who participated in the tournament – players only)
The winner will be informed by Sofascore on 18 May 2025, and will receive the prize.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Participants may not demand different or additional prizes beyond those stated. The Organizer is not responsible for how prizes are used once received by the winners. The Organizer guarantees the provision and delivery of the prizes listed in the prize pool.
Upon prize delivery, the Organizer has no further obligations to the winners. Winners do not bear any taxes, fees, or charges directly related to the prizes.
- All participants in the contest are deemed to have read and understood these rules. Participation in the contest implies unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety and acceptance of any decision taken by the organisers to ensure the smooth running of the contest. By accepting the contest rules, participants waive any claims for compensation or damages from the Organizer or Partner for costs or harm resulting from participation.
- The contest may be modified or terminated at any time by the Organizer without specific explanation. If the contest has to be cancelled, interrupted or changed, or if the prizes have to be withdrawn, due to force majeure or any other event beyond its control, Sofascore can in no case be obliged to pay any compensation to participants or winners. Winners are not entitled to receive any alternative prize or compensation.
- Except in the case of a major or deliberate error on its part, Sofascore, its employees and third parties engaged in the context of this contest cannot be held liable for any damage or losses that may arise from the organisation of this contest, including participation in the contest, selection of the winners and allocation of the prize. Subject to the same provision, neither Sofascore nor the above mentioned persons may be held liable for any technical problems, data entry errors, or other circumstances beyond its control, experienced during the course of the contest by them, by a contest participant and/or by a third party (particularly in the event of a fault with or non-availability of the internet, or communication or connection problems) that lead to an interruption in the contest, a delay in participation in the contest or its organisation, or the alteration or loss of data belonging to a contest participant.
- All participants and the winners will lose their entitlement to the prize if it emerges that fraudulent practices, in any form (e.g., creating multiple accounts, use of bots), were used or if unauthorised agreements were reached in bad faith between participants to influence their chances of winning. Sofascore retains the right to claim back the prize if necessary or to exclude the participants in question from taking part in future Sofascore competitions.
- Sofascore reserves the right to verify the eligibility and compliance of any participant with these rules at any time during or after the contest. This includes, but is not limited to, requesting proof of identity, age, or residency, as well as investigating potential fraudulent activities or breaches of these rules. Failure to provide the requested documentation or evidence within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification from the contest and forfeiture of any prize.
- Sofascore is committed to protecting the personal data of all participants in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. By participating in the contest, participants agree to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data solely for the purposes of administering the contest, verifying eligibility, and delivering prizes.
Personal data collected during the contest will not be shared with third parties unless required for contest administration or as mandated by law. Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their data and may exercise these rights by contacting Sofascore at dpo@sofascore.com.

- In the event of a dispute between Sofascore and the contestant, the Municipal Civil Court of Zagreb has jurisdiction.
