The .debug developers conference returns to Zagreb in 2025 with six content-rich tracks, hundreds of speakers, and thousands of attendees. This June again, Sofascore is proudly powering the Design track, and contributing to conversations across the wider conference program.
The Design track, supported by Sofascore, highlights the vital connection between product design, research, branding, and user experience.
Design with purpose: Insights from the Sofascore team
Here’s a preview of some of the speakers and topics you’ll find on this track
- Petra Piškor, Senior UX Researcher at Sofascore, will speak on “Purpose-Driven Design: How Jobs to be Done Transforms Product Development”. She’ll explore how to stop guessing what users want and start understanding what they’re actually trying to achieve. Expect real examples, and practical tools your whole team can start using Monday morning.
- Patricia Gale, UX Researcher at Sofascore, presents “Continuous Discovery: A Game Without Timeouts”, focusing on how our UX team transformed product development by embedding constant user feedback into cross-functional teams. Discovery isn’t a one-time effort – it’s a mindset. No more assumptions. Just tested, user-first decisions.
- Pavao Burcar, Senior Brand Designer at Sofascore, will get philosophical (and a little prehistoric) in “From Lascaux to Likes: Storytelling as Our Oldest Design System”. The talk connects visual communication and storytelling with brand-building in the era of digital overload.
- Ante Pelivan, Product Manager at Resonate, gives a talk titled “A Good PM Doesn’t Fully Delegate User Research”. He makes the case for hands-on involvement from product managers in the discovery process, backed by practical frameworks.
- Lucija Fuček, Design System Designer at Porsche Digital Croatia, will discuss “Scaling Design Systems: What Helps When Things Get Complex” – a practical session on managing design at scale.
And that’s not all. A total of 16 interesting topics will be presented within the Design track over the course of the two-day conference.
